Terms of Delivery
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms describe how Budgety Assure LLC scopes, produces, reviews, and hands over marketing work. They apply to every engagement unless your signed agreement or statement of work says otherwise, and they exist so both sides always know what ships, when, and who owns it.
01Scope of work
Every engagement begins with a written statement of work (SOW) describing the deliverables, timeline, and fees. Work outside the SOW is handled through a written change request with any adjustment to timeline or cost agreed before we start. Verbal requests are confirmed in writing within 2 business days.
02Delivery timelines
- Campaign launches and creative deliverables carry the schedule stated in the SOW, with milestone dates confirmed at kickoff.
- We flag any risk to a milestone within 2 business days of becoming aware of it, with a recovery plan.
- Timelines assume timely inputs from you — feedback, access, approvals, and materials (see Client responsibilities).
03Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate brand assets, product information, and access to the accounts we manage.
- Return feedback and approvals within the review windows below.
- Ensure advertising content and claims you supply comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to your industry.
04Reviews, revisions, and approvals
- Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions as standard; additional rounds are quoted separately.
- Feedback is consolidated by your designated contact and returned within 5 business days of each review delivery.
- Deliverables are deemed approved if we receive no consolidated feedback within 10 business days.
- Once you approve a deliverable, subsequent changes are treated as new work under a change request.
05Delivery and handover
- Digital deliverables are delivered through our shared workspace in editable source formats where stated in the SOW.
- On cancellation or completion, we hand over all accounts, audience data, assets, and reporting you own within 10 business days.
- We provide a handover session of up to 2 hours for strategy and campaign work at no extra charge.
06Ownership of work
On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and we may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Your trademarks, data, and pre-existing materials remain yours at all times.
07Quality and defects
We stand behind our work. If a delivered item fails to match the approved specification, tell us within 15 business days and we will correct it at no charge. This warranty covers conformity to the agreed specification; it does not cover changes in platform policies, market conditions, or outcomes dependent on third parties.
08Third-party platforms
Campaigns run on third-party platforms (for example Google, Meta, or LinkedIn) are subject to those platforms' own terms, pricing, and policy decisions, which are outside our control. We apply best practices to keep accounts compliant and will escalate and document any platform-side restriction affecting delivery.
09Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement for 3 years, except for information that becomes public, was already known, or must be disclosed by law.
